Can I pay a full-time person from corrections and state----or would I have to divide between corrections and 231----if I did corrections and state, benefits would have to come from state, right?

Preferably divide between corrections and 231, but if between corrections and state, then state would have to be charged all benefits cost.  Of course, time and effort would have to be carefully completed for both situations.
